This 2025 vintage beer is a unique brew in which we use the vast majority of hops grown right here on the farm. The use of freshly harvested cones gives it an irreplaceable character. The lager-style yeast results in a light and refreshing beer with aromas of citrus and freshly cut grass, a silky texture, and a pleasantly dry finish.
