Interpretive trail
Terre à boire is proud to offer a unique interpretive experience: an interactive trail near its patio. The trail begins at the entrance, between the main building and the aging cellar, which was converted into the former concrete grain silo for the project. Visitors are invited to walk to the patio and then to the adjacent grain and hop fields.
Come and expand your knowledge of the world of beer and spirits through outdoor panels that clearly, informatively, and engagingly address topics such as: organic farming and Terre à boire’s motivations, the brewery farm, Quebec’s brewing identity, the main grains, fruits, and hops and their characteristics, the brewing, distillation, and barrel aging processes, sustainable agricultural techniques, and even some fun facts. The interpretive panels aim to surprise and inform with their friendly and entertaining approach, covering various historical, socioeconomic, scientific, and, of course, gastronomic aspects.
This project is made possible thanks to a grant from the Quebec Ministry of Tourism and Tourisme Montérégie as part of the Regional Partnership and Digital Transformation Agreement in Tourism (EPRTNT).
