This brandy is born from the union of grape pomace from the Amalgames estate and our grain alcohol, patiently macerated for many months.

It is then softened by oak, which lends it its warm and profound nuances. On the palate, woody aromas awaken, along with notes of maraschino and a delicate hint of tobacco, like an echo of time slowly passing in the cask.
