Just behind the distillery, you can see the stage where the entire story of our spirits comes to life. We organically cultivate all the grains and cereals that go into each of our products. You’ll also find our botanicals, which take root in the local flora of Blois. Then, the rest of the story unfolds at our still, which stands proudly in this bucolic setting. This predominantly Canadian production allows us to produce our neutral alcohol, which is used in each of our recipes.
