TERRE À BOIRE IS A TRIBUTE TO THE EARTH, TO SIMPLICITY, AND TO THE PLEASURE OF SHARING AND SAVOR

Visit us

Terre à boire is a farmstead brewery, a farm-based distillery, certainly, but this family business wants above all to be a place for sharing, exchange and discovery.

Come enjoy our terrasse and front-row seats for nature’s majesty, or our indoor spaces when the weather isn’t quite so nice. Find yourself among friends and reimagine your world a little while enjoying our beers. Or down a sweet shot of spirits while admiring the sunset over the fields that gave them life. Beyond our own products, enjoy those of local producers (sausages, cheeses, jerky) and, if you’d like to continue the experience at home, you can simply buy something to go.

We’re looking forward to seeing you. We hope that you’ll share our passion and that you’ll have as much pleasure tasting our products as we’ve had developing them.

Children welcome!

As a family business, accessibility for families is important to us. While alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors, children are welcome on the grounds and will find on our menu a range of appropriate refreshments.

Agrotourism

When you take the Vallée-des-Forts bike path, keep in mind that Terre à boire is located 600 metres off the path. This is the moment to add a gourmet stop to your itinerary. Cyclist friends, come take a break on the terrasse and discover distinctive beers and spirits with typically local flavours and fill up your water bottles.

Note that you can also rent an electric bike at the Alo Richelieu de Saint-Blaise-sur-Richelieu port of call. In addition to Terre à boire, discover Amalgames vineyard and the Feller museum, all within a radius of less than 500 metres.

Interpretive trail

Terre à boire is proud to offer a unique interpretive experience: an interactive trail near its patio. The trail begins at the entrance, between the main building and the aging cellar, which was converted into the former concrete grain silo for the project. Visitors are invited to walk to the patio and then to the adjacent grain and hop fields.

Come and expand your knowledge of the world of beer and spirits through outdoor panels that clearly, informatively, and engagingly address topics such as: organic farming and Terre à boire’s motivations, the brewery farm, Quebec’s brewing identity, the main grains, fruits, and hops and their characteristics, the brewing, distillation, and barrel aging processes, sustainable agricultural techniques, and even some fun facts. The interpretive panels aim to surprise and inform with their friendly and entertaining approach, covering various historical, socioeconomic, scientific, and, of course, gastronomic aspects.

This project is made possible thanks to a grant from the Quebec Ministry of Tourism and Tourisme Montérégie as part of the Regional Partnership and Digital Transformation Agreement in Tourism (EPRTNT).
