AN ANCIENT FRUIT AND SPIRIT – This liqueur is made from white elderflower and elderberry berries (Sambucus canadensis) and quickly infused in our neutral alcohol. The botanicals for this French classic are all hand-picked from our family’s organic land. A touch of cane sugar softens the fruit’s slight acidity. The resulting burgundy color and floral aromas will wonderfully complement your aperitifs, whether in a cocktail with our Forest Gin, as a Kir with white wine, in a lighter version with sparkling water, or simply on the rocks. This liqueur is partially filtered and contains no preservatives; the color may change over time.
