A table beer is a low-alcohol, refreshing farmhouse beer. Our Petite Gisèle is our interpretation of the style, enhanced by the influence of our collaborator and friend Normand Cyr, where we added Brettanomyces yeasts and aged it for 11 months in white wine barrels to multiply the flavors.
