Terre à boire is a tribute to the land, to simplicity and to the pleasure of sharing and tasting.

Our roots

We love beer and spirits, but above all we respect the land and the know-how that give them life. As the ninth generation to work the land, we took on the challenge of enhancing our raw materials ourselves (including our barley, which won the prize for best organic brewing barley in Quebec, in 2019). That challenge, stemming from a long winter night’s spirited discussion back in 2016 warmed by home-brew beers, finally took the form of a brewery-distillery. After months of conscientious work, in the spring of 2021 Terre à boire finally opened its doors. Terre à boire is an homage to the land, to simplicity, and to the indulgence of great taste. Cheers!
